So, for those who don't know Preston has been diagnosed with infintile esotropia. Hey just got glasses in hopes that it will help correct his eye's. The specialist he has been seeing is pretty sure he will have surgery by the age of two. I am praying that these glasses will correct it. He is soooooo stinkin cute with his glasses. Enjoy my little professor....

Now Here this

I've been using aluminum foil for years .Great stuff, but sometimes it can be a pain. You know when you are in the middle of doing something and you try to pull some foil out and the roll comes out of the box. Then you have to put the roll back in the box and start over. The darn roll always comes out at the wrong time. You can never get the stupid thing back in the way it was. Well get ready for me to rock you aluminum using world. I watching Ellen Degenerous last week andshe opened my aluminum covered eyes. I don't know why this isn't a big part of the add when you see advertisements, but here is what Ellen showed. There are two tabs on the side of the boxes that when you punch them in they hold the foil in place. AMAZING!!!!!! This also goes for Suran wrap I feel like this is the greatest thing I have learned in LOOOOOOng time. So spread the word.. A special thanks to The Ellen Show.

Connor Loving his Brother...

Mortal Enemies Optimus Prime and A Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle.

My little Pony. Yes I know it looks like a cow but it's not.
So, things have been going good in the Schenk household. Connor is loving the recent snow fall and has been out in it two days in a row at 7 am. Yes he's CRAZY, but I couldn't deny his desire to go eat some snow. Preston is just a sweet little boy. He is so relaxed, it has made a easy transition going from one kiddy to two. Connor is still just as sweet as ever with him. I am soooooo blessed with my two sweet little boy's. Now if I can just pass my classes this semester all will be goooooood. :-)

So, I haven't really posted anything other than pictures since Preston was born, so I;m gonna do my best to get on top of things. So far thing have been just fine. I forgot how easy having a newborn is. Preston is such a wonderful little baby. He is the complete opposite from Connor when he was a newborn. Connor had colic so it was a rough couple of months. Ryan just started working seven days a week shortly after Preston. It was a bummer for him because he would leave at 5a.m. and get home sometimes not until 8p.m. Praise the Lord I have such wonderful kiddies because it was an easy couple of weeks being by myself. Ry's back to his normal schedule so hes pretty happy about seeing the kids. We are happy to have him back as well. Although now I've got to start cooking again no more sandwiches or cereal for dinner:-( I managed to get to school on time the first day and have been on time since. I went back to school when Preston was only 6 days old. I was so proud of myself because it was the first time I went anywhere with just the three of us. I dropped Connor of at school then took little Preston to go hang out at work with G-ma Evey, so he wouldn't have to go to daycare. Now Preston gets dropped of with GG-Ma schenk while Con and I go to school. Connor really doesn't like being dropped off at school and has to be pried from my leg for the two days that he's there, but when I pick him up he is happy and loves telling me all the things he did in school. Thanks both g-ma's for all the help. Connor has been so wonderful with Preston I'm just amazed at how he has accepted his new little brother. we all sleep in the same bed ( Yes I know i swore I'd never do it but I love the four of us in bed) Connor won't go to bed without his little brother. He is the sweetest big Bro. I have recovered from the C-section and I have to say it was much easier than Connor's recovery. It was hard coming home from the hospital and having Ryan go right to work the next day but Con, Preston and I adjusted to it. I had my six week checkup and I'm okidokie I even found out that not only did I loose by baby weight but I lost 6lbs on top of that. WooHoo size zero here I come. Breastfeeding the best weight loss plan.:-) Connor has been my right hand he has been helping out so much. Sometimes a little too much :-) He will even help me give Preston a bath it's so cute the way Con talks to Preston in the tubby. Con will say "That water is nice right baby brother now let's wash your stinky feet" I guess I have said that a time or two to him. I can't believe that so much time has went by since we brought home little Preston. He has changed quite a bit. He can already roll over he did it at 5 weeks I thought Con rolled him over but the next day I saw it with my own eyes he my little Hercules. He has started to smile and coo which is so stinking cute. Well that's a little bit of how things have been going so far.
